REGULAMIN DZIAŁALNOŚCI STOWARZYSZENIA ZWYKŁEGO
"Stowarzyszenie Kite Buggy Polska"
Chapter I. General Provisions
§ 1.
- The ordinary association is named: Kite Buggy Polska, hereinafter referred to as the "Association." Kite Buggy Polska, zwane dalej "Stowarzyszeniem".
- The Association brings together kite buggy enthusiasts in Poland.
- The Association operates based on the Act of April 7, 1989 – Law on Associations and these Bylaws.
- The Association has a simplified organizational form and does not have a legal personality.
§ 2.
- The Association operates within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
- The headquarters of the Association is located in Czarnków. Address: ul. Ukośna 7, 64-700 Czarnków. ul. Ukośna 7, 64-700 Czarnków.
Chapter II. Aims and Methods of Implementation
§ 3. The aims of the Association are:
- Promoting the sport of kite buggy in Poland.
- Developing and popularizing kite buggy as a sporting discipline.
- Integrating the community of kite buggy enthusiasts.
- Organizing rallies, meetings, and sporting events related to kite buggy.
- Recruiting new members and supporting their development in the sport.
- Organizing kite buggy training sessions (both paid and free).
- Supporting members in obtaining kite buggy pilot licenses.
§ 4. The Association achieves its aims through:
- Organizing and co-organizing rallies, competitions, demonstrations, and other events promoting kite buggy.
- Conducting information and education activities regarding kite buggy.
- Collaborating with other organizations, institutions, and entities in the field of sport and recreation within Poland and abroad.
- Conducting training and workshops for both beginner and advanced kite buggy enthusiasts.
- Providing support to members regarding formalities related to the sport, including obtaining licenses.
- Purchasing and maintaining equipment necessary to achieve statutory goals.
- Selling gadgets and promotional materials related to kite buggy.
Chapter III. Members, Their Rights and Obligations
§ 5.
- Any adult individual with full legal capacity and full public rights who accepts the aims and Bylaws of the Association may become a member.
- Membership is acquired by submitting a written, email, or electronic application to the Board of the Association.
Rights of an Association member:
- Active participation in the Association's activities.
- Participation in rallies, training, and other events organized by the Association.
- Using the help and support of the Association in achieving goals.
- Participation in the General Meetings of Members.
- Electing and being elected to the Board of the Association.
Obligations of an Association member:
- Complying with the Bylaws and resolutions of the Association authorities.
- Active participation in the implementation of the Association's goals.
- Regular payment of membership fees in the established amount and term.
- Protecting the good name of the Association.
- Supporting the development of the Association.
Termination of membership occurs in the event of:
- Voluntary resignation submitted in writing or via email to the Board.
- Non-payment of membership fees for a period of 3 months after a prior request for payment.
- Exclusion by the Board in the event of a gross violation of the Bylaws or acting to the detriment of the Association.
- Death of the member.
Chapter IV. Association Authorities
§ 9. The authorities of the Association are:
- The General Meeting of Members.
- The Board of the Association.
General Meeting of Members
- The General Meeting is the highest authority of the Association.
- The Meeting is convened by the Board once a year (Annual General Meeting) or at any time as an Extraordinary General Meeting.
- The competencies of the Meeting include, among others, amending the Bylaws, electing the Board, and determining the amount of membership fees.
The Board of the Association
- The Board consists of 3 members: the President, Vice President, and Treasurer. Prezesa, Wiceprezesa i Skarbnika.
- The term of office for the Board is 2 years.
- The Association is represented by the President individually or by two Board members acting jointly.
Chapter V. Assets and Finances
§ 12.
- The Association's assets are derived from membership fees, donations, grants, and paid activities.
- Income from paid activities (e.g., training, accessories) is entirely devoted to the implementation of statutory goals. No individual shall derive profit from the Association's activities. Nikt nie czerpie zysków z działalności Stowarzyszenia.
- Financial resources are allocated, among other things, for the purchase of equipment (kites, buggies), which may be used free of charge by all members.
Chapter VI. Amendments and Dissolution
§ 13. Amending the Bylaws requires a resolution of the General Meeting of Members passed by a 2/3 majority vote.
§ 14. The dissolution of the Association occurs through a resolution of the General Meeting of Members passed by a 2/3 majority vote. The resolution shall specify the method of liquidation and the allocation of assets.
