REGULAMIN DZIA\u0141ALNO\u015aCI STOWARZYSZENIA ZWYK\u0141EGO<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

„Stowarzyszenie Kite Buggy Polska”<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Chapter I. General Provisions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\u00a7 1.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. The ordinary association is named: Kite Buggy Polska, hereinafter referred to as the \"Association.\" Kite Buggy Polska<\/strong>, zwane dalej „Stowarzyszeniem”.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The Association brings together kite buggy enthusiasts in Poland.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. The Association operates based on the Act of April 7, 1989 \u2013 Law on Associations and these Bylaws.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. The Association has a simplified organizational form and does not have a legal personality.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    \u00a7 2.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. The Association operates within the territory of the Republic of Poland.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. The headquarters of the Association is located in Czarnk\u00f3w. Address: ul. Uko\u015bna 7, 64-700 Czarnk\u00f3w. ul. Uko\u015bna 7, 64-700 Czarnk\u00f3w<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \n\n\n\n

      Chapter II. Aims and Methods of Implementation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      \u00a7 3.<\/strong> The aims of the Association are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      1. Promoting the sport of kite buggy in Poland.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Developing and popularizing kite buggy as a sporting discipline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Integrating the community of kite buggy enthusiasts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Organizing rallies, meetings, and sporting events related to kite buggy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Recruiting new members and supporting their development in the sport.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. Organizing kite buggy training sessions (both paid and free).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      7. Supporting members in obtaining kite buggy pilot licenses.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        \u00a7 4.<\/strong> The Association achieves its aims through:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n
        1. Organizing and co-organizing rallies, competitions, demonstrations, and other events promoting kite buggy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Conducting information and education activities regarding kite buggy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Collaborating with other organizations, institutions, and entities in the field of sport and recreation within Poland and abroad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. Conducting training and workshops for both beginner and advanced kite buggy enthusiasts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        5. Providing support to members regarding formalities related to the sport, including obtaining licenses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        6. Purchasing and maintaining equipment necessary to achieve statutory goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        7. Selling gadgets and promotional materials related to kite buggy.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
          \n\n\n\n

          Chapter III. Members, Their Rights and Obligations<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

          \u00a7 5.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            \n
          1. Any adult individual with full legal capacity and full public rights who accepts the aims and Bylaws of the Association may become a member.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Membership is acquired by submitting a written, email, or electronic application to the Board of the Association.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Rights of an Association member:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

              \n
            1. Active participation in the Association's activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. Participation in rallies, training, and other events organized by the Association.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            3. Using the help and support of the Association in achieving goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            4. Participation in the General Meetings of Members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            5. Electing and being elected to the Board of the Association.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              Obligations of an Association member:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                \n
              1. Complying with the Bylaws and resolutions of the Association authorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              2. Active participation in the implementation of the Association's goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              3. Regular payment of membership fees in the established amount and term.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              4. Protecting the good name of the Association.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              5. Supporting the development of the Association.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                Termination of membership occurs in the event of:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  \n
                1. Voluntary resignation submitted in writing or via email to the Board.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                2. Non-payment of membership fees for a period of 3 months after a prior request for payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                3. Exclusion by the Board in the event of a gross violation of the Bylaws or acting to the detriment of the Association.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                4. Death of the member.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                  \n\n\n\n

                  Chapter IV. Association Authorities<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

                  \u00a7 9.<\/strong> The authorities of the Association are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    \n
                  1. The General Meeting of Members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  2. The Board of the Association.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                    General Meeting of Members<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      \n
                    1. The General Meeting is the highest authority of the Association.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    2. The Meeting is convened by the Board once a year (Annual General Meeting) or at any time as an Extraordinary General Meeting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    3. The competencies of the Meeting include, among others, amending the Bylaws, electing the Board, and determining the amount of membership fees.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                      The Board of the Association<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                        \n
                      1. The Board consists of 3 members: the President, Vice President, and Treasurer. Prezesa, Wiceprezesa i Skarbnika<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      2. The term of office for the Board is 2 years.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      3. The Association is represented by the President individually or by two Board members acting jointly.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                        \n\n\n\n

                        Chapter V. Assets and Finances<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

                        \u00a7 12.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                          \n
                        1. The Association's assets are derived from membership fees, donations, grants, and paid activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        2. Income from paid activities (e.g., training, accessories) is entirely devoted to the implementation of statutory goals.                         3. Financial resources are allocated, among other things, for the purchase of equipment (kites, buggies), which may be used free of charge by all members.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                          \n\n\n\n

                          Chapter VI. Amendments and Dissolution<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

                          \u00a7 13.<\/strong> Amending the Bylaws requires a resolution of the General Meeting of Members passed by a 2\/3 majority vote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                          \u00a7 14.<\/strong> The dissolution of the Association occurs through a resolution of the General Meeting of Members passed by a 2\/3 majority vote.
